Our sculpture is available to purchase directly from us, either in person, over the telephone or via this website. Our standard delivery time for orders is four working days, but if you need your sculpture in a hurry for any reason, please telephone us and we will be happy to arrange a special rush delivery. As long as you place your order before 12pm and arrange a special rush delivery, we can usually deliver it to you the next day (we don’t charge extra for this service, as we know that sometimes a busy lifestyle may result in a present being needed in a rush!).
We can also accommodate special requests including worldwide delivery, morning or afternoon deliveries to certain addresses, plain packaging to keep the contents a surprise, liaison with third parties such as concierges and we can even hand deliver the same day. If you would like to visit us, we are open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and are happy to arrange weekend, early morning or late evening appointments to suit you. Getting the right present to arrive in the right place at the right time is very important and we do everything we can to help.
You can buy with confidence if you buy directly from us in person, via our website or over the telephone. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you or the recipient decide that it’s not quite the right thing for any reason at all, you are 100% free to return your sculpture to us for a full refund of your original purchase price. This no quibble refund guarantee applies no matter where in the world you live.
Every piece comes in a hand made gift box or pouch. We will carefully wrap the box in bespoke foam packaging and a sturdy box before dispatching it to you by overnight courier. You will receive an email when your bronze sculpture has been dispatched.
You can easily purchase your piece online by clicking ‘add to basket’. When you come to checkout, you will be invited to create an account. Please rest assured that this is just to enable secure processing of your credit or debit card and we will not pass on your details to anyone else. If you tick the box, we will keep you informed of any developments that might interest you, but if you choose not to, we promise not contact you uninvited.
