FREE UK Delivery

All orders are delivered FREE to all addresses in the U.K., Northern Ireland and Channel Islands* on a weekday.

If you choose a Saturday or Sunday UK delivery, shipping be charged at £8.50 per order (NOT per item). Please note that weekend deliveries are not yet available for addresses in Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands.

*Orders shipped to the Channel Islands or outside of the E.U. will automatically have VAT removed from the price when you enter your delivery address.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?  (If you are in a real rush, please call us)

All our parcels are delivered using DPD Local.

FREE – DPD Local Express 1 Day (our standard weekday service)
If you order a product that is in stock, it will be dispatched the working day after you place your order.  It will then arrive with you the next working day.  Please note, this service takes two working days to the following postcodes: AB30 or higher, BT, FK17 or higher, HS, IM, IV, KA27 and higher, KW, PA20 and higher, PH18 and higher, PO30 and higher, ZE.

If the product is out of stock, it will be dispatched on the date shown on the product page.

This service is free of charge.

Weekend Delivery - Saturday / Weekend Delivery - Sunday
In order to book a weekend delivery, please place your order before 6am on the Friday morning.  If you place your order after 6am on Friday, your order will be delivered the following weekend. 

If the product is out of stock, it will be delivered the weekend following the dispatch date shown on the product page.

Weekend deliveries are charged at £8.50 per order.

 

Ordering Both In Stock and Out of Stock Items

If you order an item that is in stock and an item that is out of stock at the same time, we will deliver the in stock item immediately and the out of stock item according to the dispatch date shown at the time of purchse.  You will not be charged any additional fee for the second delivery.  If you prefer both items to be delivered together when the out of stock item is sent, please note this in the comments box when you check out.

 

Will You Need to Be In to Take Delivery?

Unfortunately we are not able to leave parcels without a signature. However, if you would like your parcel to be left with a neighbour, please fill in the 'special instructions' on the form provided at checkout when you make your purchase. We will do our very best to honour your instructions, but cannot guarantee that the individual delivery driver will be able to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

If you are not in when Interlink first attempt to deliver, they will leave you a card, offering to redeliver the next day and providing you with a telephone number to make alternative arrangements if you so wish.

 

One Hour Delivery Window

If you order online, our courier will send you an email with a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. If you provide your mobile telephone number, they will notify you by text message instead. If the delivery window is not convenient, you will be invited to contact the courier to rearrange the time.

A one hour window notification by email or text can also be arranged if you telephone us to place your order.

There is no charge for this service.

 

Booking Your Ideal Delivery Date

To book your ideal delivery date, please enter your choice of weekday in the Special Instructions box when you checkout. This must be at least 48 working hours after you place your order.

For example, if you place your order on Monday, we can deliver on Wednesday. If you place your order on Friday, we can deliver on Tuesday.

Alternatively, please call us on 01442 256290 to book your delivery date.

If you need your order sooner than this, please call us and we will be happy to arrange this with you.

 

Packaging 

All of our sculpture is securely packaged in our bespoke transport packaging, specifically designed to ensure that your sculpture reaches you in perfect condition. 

Every sculpture arrives wrapped securely in custom made foam sleeves and then in a heavy duty cardboard box.

 

Plain Packaging

All parcels are now dispatched in plain / unbranded packaging to keep the contents a secret.

 

45 Day ‘No Questions’ Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your new sculpture. However, if you are not for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund within 45 days of delivery.

 

Return of Goods Policy

Do not return Goods to us without following the steps below. We will not be liable for any Goods returned to us if you do not follow this procedure.

  1. Before returning any Goods to us we request that you contact by e-mail at info@nelsonandforbes.co.uk to inform us that the Goods are being returned.
     
  2. To return your purchase under our 45 day returns policy, pack the goods securely in a suitable shipping box (ideally their original shipping box) and affix the returns label included with the Goods to the outside of the box and post them back to us. We recommend that a tracked delivery service is used for high value items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us.

  3. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.

  4. Please make sure that you return the Goods in saleable condition including the certificate of authenticity, information booklet and all gift packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of damaged or missing items from your refund.

  5. Once we have received the Goods we will confirm your refund and payment will be made within 30 days.

Errors and problems with your order

We take every care to make sure that your order arrives safely and exactly as you have asked. If your order should arrive damaged or if any part of your order is missing or incorrect we will remedy the error and refund any shipping charges incurred by you in returning items to us (if applicable).

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period – Your Right To Cancel

Customers in The European Union are protected by law and have the right to return any product (cancel the purchase) up to 14 days from the day of receiving it. Please notify us within this period at info@nelsonandforbes.co.uk to cancel your purchase. We will begin the process to refund you (including any shipping costs for that portion of your order if applicable) immediately, but no later than 14 days from receiving your cancellation notice or the goods being returned to us, whichever is later. To return your purchase, pack the goods securely in a suitable shipping box (ideally the original shipping box) and affix the returns label included with the Goods to the outside of the box and post them back to us. We recommend that recorded delivery is used for high value items. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us (unless they were damaged on arrival or sent in error). If you are unable to arrange for the delivery of the Goods back to us, we can arrange for the Goods to be collected from your home, also at your cost.

Please also note that you have a statutory duty of care for the Goods whilst in your possession until they are returned to us and we reserve the right to take action to recover costs for damaged or missing Goods.
