I am the proud owner of five sculptures by Sue Maclaurin: a seated bear and 4 cats (sitting, stretching, playing, licking paw). They are all delightful and I am especially fond of the cats because I have had several real cats in the last 50 years. My favourite cat was Zander,a Birman, who died just before his 17th birthday (see below).Overall Satisfaction - Our Helen

Since buying the sitting cat I have also purchased the Playing Cat. These sculptures are both a source of joy and appreciation for me. Joy at having works of art of a size that I can place them for viewing every day and appreciation of the artistic and foundry skill evidenced by each. Ordered the sitting cat as a gift for my partner. We have 3 british shorthaired cats so I am hoping to purchase 2 more soon to represent our 3 fur babies. I will certainly be buying 2 more from this retailer and the same artist. The sitting cat is a perfect representation of a life size cat in miniature. Just a quick line to say a big thank you for the Sitting Cat which arrived bang on time this morning, in first class condition. It is a gift for the 14th for my long suffering wife who adores cats and will, I know, be delighted with it. Sadly I am not a cat type person, so she can add this to all her other cat type models and I do not have to avoid a real life mog. A purr-fect compromise!
