The packing/crating process was remarkable. Since I worked in a shipping/mail room for 4 summers during college, I do know a few things about safely packing heavy items for shipment. And I can say this was a remarkable execution of how to do it correctly. So kudos to your team. - Horace Hare

Today I presented Frances and Andy with " ' Enrie the Alert" for their anniversary. Delighted? - I should say so and I was so pleased with the giving.
