This morning l received a letter from you regarding the pouncing fox l ordered from your company along with a sticker in case l wished to send the piece back. I have to say if l myself wished to do so, l believe my son and his partner would offer me a great amount of violence. I sent the piece as l had been told my grandson had been named Fox and thought the thing very appropriate. Upon arrival at their address l received a message that told me why he had been so named. When they first met they sat talking in a park when a young fox appeared which played around a while then suddenly did that pounce. They love the thing and seem to think that all together there has been something more than just coincidence at work. For myself l thank you for your help in ordering and sending it, again thanks, very much so.Overall Satisfaction - Pouncing Fox
